Alan has collected a number of rave reviews from satisfied clients throughout the years. These testimonials contain praise for solo, duo, and ensemble work he has done in the past.
We were so lucky to find Alan for our garden wedding in Pasadena this year! He’s an insanely talented guitarist, and his performance gave our ceremony and cocktail hour such an amazing romantic atmosphere. As we planned our event, Alan took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and help us select the perfect music to match. He even arranged a custom song for us based on my husband’s favorite video game theme. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a great classical guitarist in the Los Angeles area!

Alan exceeded our expectations in every way; not only is he a phenomenal musician and a true professional, but he learned a new song just for our processional and totally nailed it. He made a special day even more personal and memorable and we couldn’t be happier with his performance. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great guitarist for their wedding!

Alan was amazing from start to finish. He took the time to really get to know us as a couple and he was 100% accommodating with our specific acoustic music preferences. He made our guests feel welcome. We highly recommend him to anyone looking to get married!

Alan and Daniella were incredible additions to our wedding day festivities. My husband and I were married last Saturday, May 11th and Alan and Daniella provided beautiful music during our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. They played a great mix of wedding classics at the ceremony and upbeat tunes at the reception, adapting to our requests. Alan was so responsive right from the start, and was willing to learn new music or work with whatever we needed for our church ceremony. I fully trusted him and his abilities to deliver a beautiful ceremony, and I can say it would not have been the same without him. Alan and Daniella are both extremely talented and we’d highly recommend them for any event requiring musicians.

Alan was our guitarist for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. He’s an awesome musician, and all our wedding guests loved him. Even before we booked Alan to be our musician, he was incredibly responsive to emails and requests. He even took our special requests and incorporated them to the wedding ceremony. He’s professional on top of being an amazing musician. We’re incredibly grateful to have Alan play at our wedding, and he made our day perfect.

Alan and Daniella were exceptional ! They are both so talented. Having them play at our ceremony and cocktail hour was the perfect touch. From the moment I contacted Alan he was prompt in his responses, so nice and helpful when we were deciding what songs we wanted them to play. I could not have pictured our wedding day without their beautiful music. I highly highly recommend !

Alan was the soloist for our wedding ceremony and played with his band Pyrenesia for the cocktail hour, and we can’t imagine our wedding day without him! Not only is Alan a talented musician, he is professional, friendly, and was such a pleasure to work with in answering every question we had along the way. We appreciate that he took the time to tailor our wedding music to fit our vision and personalities, and explain all of our options to us. We would recommend Alan and Pyrenesia in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for making our wedding day so magical and beautiful!

Alan was our ceremony musician for our wedding in September and we could not be happier! He was super friendly and professional throughout the whole process. He really took the time to understand our vision for the day and he definitely delivered. He arrived plenty early and was dressed for the part. Alan is extremely talented and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

What can I say other than Alan and Daniella (violinist) were incredible. They filled up the room with beautiful music based on a mix of genre’s hand-picked in coordination with Alan. It made the 170-guest wedding more elegant and enjoyable. I was receiving compliments during the night and have continued since to receive accolades . Very easy to work with, too, which is critical when planning a wedding.

Alan and Danielle did an incredible job at our wedding this past August. Alan was an absolute joy to work with along the way, and was open minded to learning new songs. They did a beautiful job at our ceremony. We received a bunch of compliments on the ceremony music. I would highly recommend Alan and Danielle if you’re looking for a guitar and violin ensemble.

Alan played for my wedding ceremony in May, and he was an absolute professional. I got many comments about how beautiful the music was, and how nice it was to have live music at the ceremony. I couldn’t be happier with our experience and would love to have another reason to hire him. He even learned a song I specifically requested, and his arrangement was great. A real professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Alan was awesome for our ceremony and cocktail hour music for our wedding! He made it so simple to plan what he would play and when and ultimately this was the least stressful part of the wedding to plan! We would highly recommend him!!

Alan performed during our cocktail hour outside for our wedding. Not only did Alan play classical pieces but he also performed fingerstyle jazz standard arrangements which were incredibly tasteful to everyone’s ear. He is as professional as he is musical. Bravo Alan!

Alan played the guitar for both our ceremony and our cocktail hour at Brookmill Farm in Lambertville, NJ. This venue is outdoors and Alan was able to easily figure out the logistics of the venue without any problems. Before our wedding, I had given Alan a few suggestions of songs that I would like played, and they were songs he was not familiar with. He emailed me promptly back and thanked me for allowing him to learn some new songs. He even sent me a recording of the processional songs so that I could hear them before the wedding. He was amazing to work with, and he is incredibly talented. I would recommend Alan to anyone, and brides would be so lucky to have Alan with them on their special day.

Alan and his band Pyrenesia were the best decision I made for my wedding by far. They were quite honestly the stars of the whole show. He not only learned a particular piece that I walked down the aisle to, but also the whole band learned a last minute song for our first dance and it was perfect. Alan and the band have a very professional, stream lined method worked out, they played at a perfect volume and I just can’t say enough positive things about them. Again best choice I could have made for my wedding and I would one hundred percent recommend him and Pyrenesia.

Alan was so helpful and professional in the entire process of helping us pick songs and learning a few of our favorites. He played our ceremony music and I can’t imagine our day without it! I walked down the aisle to a song that honored my late father, and it was wonderful to see family members down the aisle gasp, tear up, and smile knowing he was included. It is such a special moment that makes up such a wonderful day. Thank you again Alan!

Alan’s music was one of my favorite things about our wedding. He is an amazing artist and also a wonderful “vendor” to work with…We were so thankful for his speedy replies, professionalism, and accommodating our singer-friends that he accompanied. He put the extra time in to practice and correspond with them for our ceremony. Alan has a great list of songs for weddings and you can listen to some from his site/youtube. We are forever fans and highly recommend him!

You could not pick a better performer for your wedding regarding acoustic guitar work than Alan. He was amazing. Our videos are filled with his work and we couldn’t be happier. My wife cried at your perfect into. We love you. Thank you so much.

Alan played our cocktail hour at our June 2017 wedding. He did an amazing job filling the space with wonderful music for our guests. Alan was a pleasure to work with!

Alan played our ceremony and reception at Morris Arboretum in June. He was perfect for both. We didn’t want a loud band and we wanted something more personal than a DJ during the reception. He was super easy to work and communicate with, responding to emails quickly. He also doesn’t charge a fortune like a lot of other wedding musicians do. My wife and I highly recommend him for your wedding!

I found Alan online after our violinist fell through. I sent my fiancé the link to his youtube videos and we both agreed he was super talented. After contacting him, we discovered he is laid back and easy to work with. It was fate because he was actually playing our venue that weekend! We did a telephone consultation to go over our song selections. We picked some from his very extensive list and he learned a new one for us. I can’t actually remember hearing anything while walking down the aisle (nerves) but the music sounds beautiful during the video clips.

Alan was an absolute pleasure to work with. He prepared a special song we requested for our ceremony and played our cocktail hour. Our guests had nothing but amazing feedback to give us about Alan. Alan was such a perfect touch to our intimate wedding at Ninety Acres. We cannot thank him enough for making our day even more special with his amazing talent and music. Thank you Alan!!!

First and foremost, Alan was a professional. He responded to our emails promptly, offered his expertise, and blended right in to our ceremony. Secondly, his talent – Alan plays the guitar beautifully, and is extremely versatile in his catalogue of music to choose from. My wife and I would highly recommend using Alan for your wedding, and your friends’ weddings, and your friends’ weddings!

Alan was our musician for our backyard wedding earlier in July 2016, and I can’t say enough positive things about him! I heard Alan play in college years ago and when I started my wedding plans one of the only things that I knew for sure was that I wanted him to play for us that day. As a musician myself and someone who worked in arts administration I have not always had positive experiences coordinating with artists, but I can say that Alan is definitely an exception! He was prompt, professional, and I had full confidence in him – he was one of the very few details of my wedding I didn’t have to worry about!
Not only is Alan a very talented guitarist in a variety of genres, he also has an excellent voice. He arranged a few tunes for us as a request (as well as sent us recordings for our approval) and was very accommodating throughout our entire correspondence. My husband’s father wanted to sing a song during the ceremony and Alan arranged the music and also coordinated a time to practice with him to ensure everything would go smoothly that day. I couldn’t have asked for anything more and I would definitely recommend Alan to anyone looking for live music for an event, not just a wedding!

I cannot recommend Alan enough. He’s a master musician, a true professional, and the nicest guy you could ever work with. I hired Alan to play my beach ceremony and I could not have picked a better musician to play my wife down the aisle. He made the entire process of booking him, picking songs, etc. so easy and stress free. She walked down the aisle to “You Ain’t Going Nowhere” by Bob Dylan and Alan made his own classical arrangement to the song. We loved it so much that we asked him if he could make a recording of the song for us so we can listen to it for many years to come, and he did! If you’re looking for a musician for your wedding, it doesn’t get any better than this.

What a lucky find! He can play anything, including an obscure alternative rock song I wanted to walk down the isle to. He had a beautiful way of interpreting songs and making them feel perfect for our day. He worked with our request and had some great suggestions to fill in the gaps making it an overall great experience.

Alan and Tom are talented musicians and a great duo! They played at our wedding in August and put together a playlist we were really happy with. through Alan, we gave some direction with a handful of contemporary and classical songs we wanted worked in. other than that, we left the musical flow in their hands, and they were able to skillfully interpret everything from opera to bossa nova on acoustic guitar and violin. They sounded amazing and really impressed us, it was a seamless two and a half hours. our wedding ceremony was untraditional and they added the perfect mood to our evening. Also Alan was easy to plan with and a super nice guy.

Alan played for our guests as they waited for our wedding ceremony to begin, and then he played for the processional and recessional. He was extremely professional and available to answer emails, and he did an amazing job. He sorted out the sound system with the DJ, and I didn’t have to worry about a thing! Our wedding had a rustic feel in a converted winery barn, and the acoustic guitar sounded amazing. It really set the mood. I highly recommend his services!

We had the privilege of having Alan play at our wedding in September 2014. Our wedding was on a farm, and we wanted some nice, low-key acoustic music for the ceremony and cocktail hour. Having made that decision, we immediately thought of Alan, and he was happy to provide music for us. He played both the ceremony and cocktail hour, and he was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for.
Alan is an incredibly talented guitarist who will work with you to play what you want. He also has a library of music to choose from should you find yourself coming up short on ideas. He played a variety for us – some classics (like the Beatles), some classical, some bossa nova – and they were all great. The best part, though, is that Alan is a really great guy – he’s responsive, kind, he listens to your concerns & suggestions, and he is genuinely lovely to work with. I am so glad that we had him at our wedding!!

Alan Rigoletto is an amazing guitar player and the utmost professional. He played at our September 2015 outdoor wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. Alan maintains an eclectic array of music and can perform anything from classical to bossa nova to rock. If there is a song that you like that is not in his repertoire, he will take the time learn it. Alan is such a nice person and great to work with. He even took the time to help us create a personalized playlist for the wedding. He visited the wedding venue prior to the day of the event so that he could be prepared the day of the wedding. Alan is self-contained and comes dressed in a tuxedo with his guitar and amplifier in hand. Once he begins to play, its magical! Our guests loved him and so did we! We highly recommend Alan for any event and look forward to using his services again in the future.

We had the pleasure of Alan’s performance at our son’s rehearsal dinner held at the Heritage Grill in Denville, NJ on September 4, 2014. He is both personal and talented and his music repertoire is diverse. The night would not have been the same without the touch of his beautiful music. He helped to create a lasting memory. Alan’s musical presentation was enjoyed immensely by all so that we requested that he continue his playing for a third hour. We highly recommend Alan for your next special engagement.

We discovered Alan when he was playing at a wedding in Central Park, and decided he would be perfect for our daughters wedding which was also going to be in Central Park
It was very easy liaising with Alan by email, and he was very accommodating of special requests including creating a guitar version of a song our daughters fiancée especially wanted . Our guests all commented on how much they enjoyed Alan’s playing and how it set the scene for the occasion.
We would certainly use Alan again if we had the opportunity.

We are so happy that Alan played acoustic guitar at our daughter’s wedding ceremony at the Highlawn Pavilion. He is so professional and easy to work with. The music was just beautiful. He came early to set up his equipment and then all this lovely sound came pouring out! Great selection of songs and recommendations for the processional and recessional. I would recommend him to anyone.
